Compliance Statement

Integrity and compliance is the cornerstone of an enterprise’s sustainable development. Strictly observing the laws and regulations of China and every country where we do business is a fundamental principle of Sinotec (the “Company”). The Company requires all employees and business partners to obey applicable laws, and violations of the law must be avoided under any circumstance.

The Company is committed to continuously enhancing compliance management capabilities and improving the compliance program. To this end, the Company has issued Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption Policy, Bidding Compliance Policy, Third party Due Diligence Policy, Whistleblowing Policy, and Internal Investigation Policy. For purpose of ensuring the effective implementation of these compliance policies, the Company established a Compliance Committee. Our management team will fully support and take the lead in the implementation of the above compliance policies.

The Company expects all the business partners to act with integrity and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and the Company encourages the business partners to adopt appropriate risk-based compliance programs if they do not have such programs in place.
